Jatin Chahar, who secured AIR 3 in JEE Advanced, contracted jaundice twice and typhoid once during preparation. Jatin, who hails from Rajasthan's Jhunjhunu, secured 319 out of 360 marks. He recalled visiting hospital for two months, which took a toll on his studies. "I felt I'd lost a lot of things...I couldn't even give two tests in beginning," he added.
