Study debunks 30g protein myth, shows body can use more per meal

A study involving 36 healthy adults challenges the myth that the body can only use 30 grams of protein at a time. Participants who consumed 100 grams of protein showed the highest muscle protein synthesis, with no protein wasted. This research proves the body can effectively absorb and use more than 30 grams of protein per meal.
