Study links chronic fatigue to hidden breathing problems

A study from Icahn School of Medicine Mount at Mount Sinai found that 71% of chronic fatigue syndrome patients have abnormal breathing patterns like hyperventilation or shallow breathing. These hidden issues may worsen fatigue, dizziness and post-exertional crashes. Researchers say identifying and treating breathing problems through retraining or rehabilitation could ease patients life.
