Sahara Group Chairman Subrata Roy's son, Seemanto Roy, has been removed as a director of Sahara Housingfina Corporation, the company announced on Wednesday. It said that Roy was enlisted in a government notification pertaining to disqualification of directors who have defaulted in filing financial results for preceding three fiscals. Notably, the government has disqualified 3.09 lakh directors.
