Subway sandwiches in India will no longer come with option of a free cheese slice following revisions to its menu. Subway's outlets in India now charge ₹30 extra for the cheese slice in most sandwiches. However, they are offering a free "cheezy" sauce as an alternative. This comes amid rising prices. Many Subway outlets earlier removed tomatoes from their menus.
