Such incidents tarnish face of Bengal: BJP condemns attack on Mamata

West Bengal BJP President Samik Bhattacharya condemned the attack on ex-CM Mamata Banerjee's car, stating that such incidents "tarnish the face of West Bengal". "No BJP worker is involved in this and we don't want such behaviour to be meted out to the state's former female CM," Samik added. Mamata alleged large stones were thrown at her car in Barrackpore.
