A 25-year-old Sudanese student was brutally stabbed to death, and another critically injured during a violent altercation near a private university in Phagwara early Thursday. Six accused from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar were arrested in Himachal Pradesh. Allegedly under the influence of alcohol, they had been harassing women accompanying the victims and demanded their phone numbers.
