Pakistan Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has confirmed that a suicide bomber was behind the blast outside Islamabad court complex that killed 12 people and injured 27 others. The bomber, who hasn't yet been identified, targeted a police vehicle as he was unable to enter the court complex. The blast, heard six kilometres away, occurred around 12:30pm during peak business hours.
