Sukhu credits Congress will for BBMB arrears win

Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu credited his government's political will and legal strategy for securing the state's long-pending BBMB financial and electricity rights. He said HP linked its Kishau Dam consent to Haryana filing a Supreme Court affidavit on arrears. He estimated potential revenue of ₹500-1,000 crore annually and ₹15,000-20,000 crore over 20 years.
