Sumit Nagal has surged to a career-high of 80 in the latest ATP Rankings after making it to the second round of the Monte Carlo Masters. Nagal was ranked 93rd after which the 26-year-old beat Flavio Cobolli and Facundo Diaz Acosta to reach the main draw. Here Nagal defeated Matteo Arnaldi before losing to Holger Rune in the second round.
