US-based data analytics software company Sumo Logic has reportedly laid off 79 employees. As per a report, CEO Joe Kim announced job cuts via an email. Anonymous employees claimed that the affected employees received two months of pay and no other benefits. Last month, the company was acquired by American private equity company Francisco Partners for $1.7 billion.
