Sun Group Chairman Kalanithi Maran told the Delhi High Court that SpiceJet owes him over ₹400 crore, including interest, much higher than the ₹144.5 crore cited by the airline. The matter relates to SpiceJet's plea seeking relief against an order directing it to deposit ₹144.5 crore by April 14. Immediate payment could worsen its financial stress, said the airline.
