Chennai-based broadcaster Sun TV Network's Chairman Kalanithi Maran and Executive Director Kavery Kalanithi have decided to keep their salaries frozen for the current financial year. The husband-wife duo received a remuneration of ₹87.5 crore each in 2017-18 and retained the same in 2018-19. Notably, Kalanithi Maran owns a 75% stake in the listed company.
