Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has announced the appointment of Sundaram Damodarannair as Chairman of the Board in the capacity of Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective 18 September 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board at its meeting held on 15 September, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
