Sunday PropTech, the asset acquisition arm of Prism, has raised ₹125 crore in fresh equity led by InCred. The company will use the funds to acquire and upgrade mid-premium and premium hotels, shifting from OYO’s earlier asset-light model to direct ownership. Seven deals are already in advanced stages, with 12 acquisitions targeted for FY26.
