Filmmaker R Balki's 'Chup', starring Sunny Deol and Dulquer Salmaan, earned over ₹7 crore nett on the opening weekend in India. The film collected ₹3.06 crore on its opening day, the National Cinema Day, which was followed by ₹2.07 crore on Saturday. 'Chup', which is reportedly made on a budget of ₹10 crore, also stars Shreya Dhanwanthary and Pooja Bhatt.
