Sam Altman-led OpenAI warned in its policy report that superintelligence AI systems can outperform smartest humans even when they're assisted by AI. Pointing out what superintelligence AI will bring into the future, OpenAI called for urgent policy changes in economies, governance and jobs to ensure AI benefits everyone. Altman had said that by 2028, AI could surpass human intellectual capacity.
