The supermassive black hole near the centre of Milky Way galaxy is spinning so swiftly that it's warping surrounding spacetime into the shape of an American football, said NASA. The result is based on analysis of data from Chandra X-ray Observatory and NSF's Karl G Jansky Very Large Array. The black hole is located about 26,000 light-years away from Earth.
