The newly-built Surat Diamond Bourse in Gujarat has surpassed US' Pentagon to become the world's largest office building, CNN reported. The 15-storey complex, which will be inaugurated later this year, has nine rectangular buildings connected to a central "spine". It has over 7.1 million square feet of floor space and was built at a cost of approximately ₹3,200 crore.
