Surgeon says 'heart attack not always causes chest pain', reveals atypical symptoms

US-based cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Jeremy London said that while chest pain is considered the classic sign of a heart attack, not everyone experiences chest pain during a heart attack. Speaking about other atypical symptoms, he said, "You might feel short of breath, weak, lightheaded, maybe pressure in...jaw, neck, or back." "Some feel nothing more than nausea and fatigue," he added.
