Jeremy London, a US-based cardiothoracic surgeon has shared seven "boring" habits for a healthier and longer life. He stated that waking up early, moving every day, getting sunlight daily and doing resistance training helps in making a person healthy. Jeremy added that cooking at home, eliminating alcohol and spending time with family and friends also helps in a healthier life.
