California-based Momentive Global, parent company of web-survey portal SurveyMonkey, laid off 11% of its global workforce this week. Momentive said the layoffs are part of a restructuring plan to "improve operating margin and create efficiencies", as per an 8-K filing. Momentive added it will incur around $4-$5 million in charges, including employee severance and other restructuring costs.
