A suspected cattle smuggler was allegedly shot dead by a Border Security Force (BSF) jawan in North Tripura district. The deceased was identified as 32-year-old Bappa Miyan, a resident of Bangladesh. "We...registered a case on Saturday. No cattle smugglers have been caught so far. We have not arrested anyone till now," North Tripura SP Bhanupada Chakraborty said on Sunday.
