A suspected mortar shell was found in Vasant Kunj in Delhi on Saturday and the National Security Guard (NSG) was called in, according to reports. The NSG picked up the explosive, placed it in a blast-proof vessel for transportation to Manesar, where it would be disposed off. "It is alive enough to explode or be launched," said an official.
