Suspended Congress MLC Teenmar Mallanna's gunman fired into the air on Sunday to disperse protesters, allegedly linked to K Kavitha-led Telangana Jagruthi, who entered his Medipally office, police said. The attack was reportedly triggered by Mallanna mocking Kavitha for celebrating 42% reservation for backward classes in local body polls. Clips showed damaged furniture and bloodstains at the spot.
