OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever announced he will be the new CEO of AI startup Safe Superintelligence (SSI) that he co-founded last year. This comes after its CEO Daniel Gross stepped down and reportedly joined Meta to lead its AI products division. "We're grateful for Gross's early contributions to company," Ilya said. Reportedly, Meta attempted to recruit Sutskever and acquire SSI.
