Manuj Kathuria, the SUV driver who was arrested in connection with the death of three IAS aspirants at Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi, was granted bail on Thursday. Police had accused Kathuria of driving his SUV through the flooded street, causing the water to swell and breach the building's gates and flood its basement, where the students drowned.
