The Kerala Police has arrested a driver of an SUV claiming he deliberately blocked the way of an ambulance which was shifting a newborn with a respiratory ailment to another hospital. This comes after a video showing the SUV not giving way to the ambulance surfaced online. However, the driver claimed that he was trying to pilot the ambulance.
