The Swedish government on Tuesday said travellers to the country will no longer be required to show a negative COVID-19 test to enter. Sweden introduced the rule for a recent negative test on December 28 last year to curb the spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Since then, the Omicron variant has become the dominant strain in Sweden.
