Online food delivery startup Swiggy could fire around 800-900 employees from its cloud kitchen division next month to cut down costs amid lockdown, Entrackr reported. The unicorn is reportedly also shutting almost half of its cloud kitchens while relocating and renegotiating rents for many others. Although Swiggy confirmed there would be layoffs, it didn't mention the number of jobs impacted.
