Switzerland ski-lift to be turned into pop-up restaurant

The Roc d'Orsay lift in Villars, Switzerland will be transformed into a fondue restaurant on February 25, 2017 to celebrate the resort's 150th anniversary. The 'Fondue in the Sky' restaurant will be open to 360 people and will provide views of the 4,809-metre Mont Blanc. The dinner lasting one hour and 45 minutes, will offer fondue, dessert and white wine.
