Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO: ₹150.79 crore legal cases pending

Symbiotec Pharmalab's ₹1,757-crore IPO has six tax cases and one major civil case pending against the company, involving ₹150.79 crore, its RHP revealed. The company warned that adverse outcomes could affect its business and finances. Legal proceedings involving directors, subsidiaries and promoters have also been disclosed ahead of the IPO.
