Syrma SGS PAT jumps 87%; recommends ₹1.50 dividend for FY26
Syrma SGS Technology reported FY26 revenue of ₹4,819.06 crore, up 27.3% YoY, while PAT surged 87.4% to ₹345.81 crore. Q4FY26 PAT rose 66.9% YoY to ₹119.23 crore on revenue of ₹1,465.01 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share and the company raised ₹1,000 crore through QIP during FY26.
