T'gana Speaker breaks down in Assembly over BRS MLCs' casteist remarks

Telangana Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar broke down in the Assembly over alleged casteist remarks made by two BRS MLCs against him. The Speaker's office had earlier filed a complaint against them for using casteist slurs and obscene language against him, following which the MLCs were arrested. Congress leaders alleged that insults hurled at the Speaker left him in tears.
