Praising Rishabh Pant for his 85(71) in India's second ODI against South Africa, ex-South Africa batsman Daryll Cullinan said Pant won the battle against spinner Tabraiz Shamsi, despite being dismissed by Shamsi. "Pant used his feet, swept and squared. Pant's a special talent. I love his batting," added Cullinan. "Shamsi is the luxury that South Africa can afford," stated Cullinan.
