Taiwan aims to shorten COVID-19 quarantine period from March

Taiwanese government said on Monday that the country aims to ease its COVID-19 quarantine policy from March onwards and emphasised the need to "return to normal life". Taiwan will shorten the quarantine period from 14 days to 10 days before mid-March, reports stated. "The government must...take into account livelihoods and economic development," Premier Su Tseng-chang said.
