A tourist guide was arrested in UP's Agra for allegedly trying to kiss a female American tourist who was with her husband, officials said. The accused, identified as 54-year-old Manmohan Arya, approached the couple and was clicking their pictures when he allegedly molested the woman, they said. The couple confronted the accused and reported the incident to security officials.
