On a 23-year-old woman's plea claiming that her 19-year-old partner was being held captive by the latter's parents in UP, Justice Pankaj Jain of Punjab and Haryana High Court said, "Take this immoral thing back to where it came from." He reportedly also threw the file. "I don't subscribe to the theory that constitutionality and morality are different," he added.
