Taliban has made it mandatory for women in Afghanistan to wear a burqa if they wish to use taxis, reports stated. This comes days after the ban on beauty salons in the country came into effect. Taliban is punishing the cab drivers who are seen taking women passengers without burqas. Taliban stated that women must wear burqas, not just headscarves.
