A new photo showing Taliban militants posing with ice-cream cones, probably outside an ice-cream parlour, has gone viral. The picture was shared by a TOLO news journalist, Abdulhaq Omeri, on his Twitter handle. "Ice cream and a trip to Disney...maybe that's what these people need, a little happiness and less evil," a Twitter user commented.
