The Taliban on Friday publicly executed four men in three separate provinces in Afghanistan. The men were "sentenced to retaliatory punishment" for shooting other men, the Afghanistan Supreme Court said. "Relatives from the victims' families...shot them with a gun," a witness told AFP. The men were executed after the victims' families refused to offer them amnesty, the Supreme Court added.
