The Afghan Taliban has rejected reports of resuming talks with the US in Pakistan. Taliban said the talks could resume only if they focussed on the US' withdrawal from Afghanistan, exchange of prisoners and lifting a ban on movement of Taliban leaders. The Taliban refused to allow the Afghan government to join the negotiations aimed at ending the Afghan war.
