Reacting to Home Minister Amit Shah's remark that BJP would form the government in Tamil Nadu in 2026, DMK leader TKS Elangovan said, "The people of Tamil Nadu will never accept BJP into the state because...BJP is their main enemy.” He added, “They know BJP is trying to kill development...and spoil the education system...which is number one in the country.”
