The total number of coronavirus cases in Tamil Nadu jumped to 690 on Tuesday after 69 more people tested positive. Chennai has the most number of cases at 149, followed by Coimbatore (60), Dindigul (45), Tirunelveli (38) and Erode (32). Further, State Health Secretary Beela Rajesh said three doctors are among those who have contracted coronavirus in the state.
