Tamil Nadu teen gets ₹3.5-cr scholarship to US' Brown University

A 17-year-old student from Tamil Nadu has secured admission at US' ivy league university Brown with a full scholarship valued at ₹3.55 crore covering his tuition and living expenses. Pranav Ilango will study Public Health and Applied Mathematics at the university. Ilango switched to the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum when his teacher recognised his academic potential and encouraged him to study.
