Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MLA from Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur TKG Neelamegam tested positive for COVID-19 and has been admitted to Thanjavur Medical College Hospital. Neelamegam had isolated himself after meeting an MLA who tested COVID-19 positive. Following the meeting, Neelamegam took the COVID-19 test and tested positive himself. A total of 13 MLAs from DMK have tested positive.
