Tata Sons-backed Tata Capital has filed for an IPO with SEBI, offering a total of 47.58 crore shares for sale. The IPO will include a fresh issue of 21 crore shares and an offer for sale of 23 crore shares by Tata Sons and 3.58 crore shares by International Finance Corporation. Tata Capital filed confidential IPO papers in April.
