Tata Capital's ₹15,512-crore IPO has been subscribed 39% on Day 1 of its bidding. The issue received bids for nearly 12.8 crore shares, as against the offer size of 33.3 crore shares. Qualified institutional buyers (QIB) subscribed 52% of their reserved portion, while those kept for retail and non institutional investors (NII) have been booked 35% and 29%, respectively.
