Tata Group has reportedly started work on the IPO of its non-banking financial services (NBFC) arm Tata Capital. The issue is expected to be worth over ₹15,000 crore, comprising a mix of primary and secondary share sales, Moneycontrol reported. Tata Capital, classified as upper-layer NBFC by RBI, is required to list its shares by September 2025.
