Tata Consumer Products announced it will acquire PepsiCo's stake in NourishCo Beverages, a 50:50 joint venture between the two companies, for ₹29 crore. The deal, set to be completed by June 30, is in line with Tata's objective to grow its portfolio in the food and beverage space. The JV between Tata Consumer and PepsiCo was formed in 2010.
